We co-create a safe space to share experiences, participate in powerful conversations, learn tools for our day-to-day life, and reconnect with ourselves again.
Motherhood was never meant to be an alone process, it is a transformational process that shek our whole core. We will do a journey together to re-connect with our new selves and our babies together.

Becoming a mom has changed me in so many different levels. I have integrated many tools that I’ve learned and experienced during my 8 years of coaching women and facilitating personal development workshops. I bring this Woman Wellness Circle with love and dedication to you. Whether you are a new mom or not, you will find valuable resources for your journey.

Week 3: Nurturing our relationships
Week 4: Many hats of mom. Priorities.
Week 5: Selfcare. Tools for depression and anxiety.
Week 6: Owning our Process. Transformation.

Each week we will work on a theme and create a valuable tool for our process. Be prepare to share, have fun and learn!

How?
WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?
All moms with babies from 0 - 1 year

WHAT IS THE VALUE?
We want to make this program available to everyone. So it is DONATION based.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE?
Please fill the Application Form and answer all the questions. We want to create a personalized experience and bring value to the group. We want to maintain this a safe space so we are starting with a small group of 6 moms.
WHAT IS THE DYNAMIC?
This is a 6-Week- session program where we will meet in-person and remote via Zoom. The last session will be a closure and fun event in a local venue in Santa Barbara to share with more moms.
